Prior to establishing here Training business, Angie spent 10+ years as a Childcare Provider, but all along having some form of fitness in her life. She has always been a "fitness" person and has been doing some form of strength training since High School. Her first real "fitness plan" was back in October of 2005, where she started with Body for Life and joined a women’s online group called "Get Fit with Body For Life - Women Only"
Over the years, she learned about good and bad carbs, when to eat starchy carbs, what ratios of carbs, proteins and fats to add to her diet and so much more. She also found out that everyone’s bodies are different and have different needs for certain foods.
It was after doing all this research for her own body, that she made the decision to become certified as a Fitness Professional.
She is currently doing Semi Private Training in her home and has her own Women's Only Boot Camps, Fit Chick Express. She also helps women all over the world achieve their fitness goals with her Fat Blasting Boot Camp Program and Support Forum.
She truly loves and is so dedicated to helping women get stronger, leaner and lead a long, healthy lifestyle!
